Shipping policy

Delivery dates are subject to change, due to schedule changes, fortuitous events, force majeure, pandemic, total quarantines, establishment closure.

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed and delivered within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Delivery Restrictions

Plaia Shop reserves the right to not make deliveries to some destinations for security reasons. We offer free shipping for orders over $100 in Panama City, with some zone exclusions where we do not deliver (Zonas Rojas o Zonas Remotas).

Nationwide Shipping

We ship to all locations within Panama. Shipping costs for nationwide delivery will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates, charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-store Pickup

In-store pickup is available at our shop located at Avenida Samuel Lewis, Plaza Downtown at Obarrio (same plaza as the Athanasiou coffee shop), Obarrio neighborhood, Panama City, Panama. Customers can find us by searching for "Plaia Shop" in Waze or Google Maps.

Pickup Hours

Our pickup hours at the shop are 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) and 11am to 3pm (Saturdays). We are closed on Sundays.

Order Tracking

To check the status of your order, refer to the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received your order within 3 days of receiving this email, contact us at info@plaiashop.com with your name and order number.

Additional Delivery Information

We can’t provide a specific delivery time. Our warehouse, after receiving the order, will contact the customer to coordinate delivery. The delivery will be made to the point where we have access. It is the customer’s responsibility to clear the place where the merchandise is to be received. The company is NOT responsible for damages in the delivery area due to obstacles that prevent circulation and access of our staff.

For the Interior or other remote destinations, delivery is within 24 to 72 hours, subject to external factors like weather, mechanical issues, traffic, and street closures.

Damaged Orders

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@plaiashop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis and work towards a satisfactory solution.
